I want someplace that I can record my thoughts, feelings and general rambles whilst I’m losing weight.
I’ve done Blogs before and diaries then burned or deleted them when I’ve read them and realised how stupid I sound.
But this time I am determined to lose weight via Slimming World and want to use this as a place to put recipes, feelings and hopefully help me with my story for Slimmer of The Year 2013! 😊
I’ve been on the plan since the end of October and have lost 2 stone in that time but that’s just a drop in the ocean at the mo.
I’m very happy and for the first time in my life am doing a “diet” and enjoying it.
