Well, I’ve had a nice time, I put on 3lbs between Christmas & New Year and I have my weigh in tomorrow. I’m expecting to have put on again but I’m not too bothered because I haven’t stuck to plan at all in the last 2 weeks.

I’m back on it today and got my Quorn bolognese cooking now (which smells gorgeous) and I feel positive.

I never make resolutions but this year I will:

I will not be this weight ever again

Me and Mr C feel so positive and I’m looking forward to eating healthier again, I’ve found this last week that I am more lethargic and feel ‘meh’.

Onward and upward
