Found this recipe from another blog
Can of chick peas (drained)
Spices; (I used garlic, cumin, mixed spice and salt & pepper)

Finely slice the onions and slowly cook in a pan with some fry light.
Blend the chickpeas and mix in the spices then add the onions.
Roll the mixture into ball shapes and put on baking tray and spray with fry light.
Bake in the oven (200c) for 20-30 mins turning occasionally.
Would go nice with the raita dip
