I’m coming into 2014 with some trepidation as I know as a family there are some challenges that we will be facing that there is no escape from (divorce, dementia and diets…)

I have completely given up on weight loss in the last few weeks and am probably back to my starting weight in 2012.

I am going to HAVE to do it this year as I have a trip to Rome in October and that is involving lots of walking, queuing and doesn’t account for my weight.

Positive attitude has to be enforced (after I get rid of the last Christmas chocs and the chest infection that is making me feel miserable)
